Use of this Site
Your use of this site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. These terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Ireland.
1. How We Collect Your Information
We collect data when you register to our site, fill out a form, place an order.
When you register or complete a form you will be asked for your name and email address. Take note that you may also visit our site without going through the registration process.
2. Information We Collect
We collect personal information but only when you voluntarily submit it through registering to our site, when filling out a form, or placing an order.
Non-personal information (such as user IP addresses) is collected from all of our website visitors on a cumulative basis. This type of anonymous statistical data cannot be used to identify or contact you.

Having visitor information is essential for us to properly identify our customers’ needs. When we understand our customers we can provide them with the best service. When we process your information we may use it for the following reasons:
- To provide you with the product you have requested
- To contact you in relation to the product you have requested

We may make non-personal information available to third parties, such as the number of unique visitors to our website or the typical motions visitors go through when visiting our website. Your personal information will not be disclosed to third parties.

6. Restricting the Collection of Your Personal Information
You may restrict the collection or use of your personal information by clicking the box by the form on our website that signifies that you do not want your information to be used for direct marketing. If you have previously consented to us using your information for marketing purposes you may contact us at any time at email@example.com should you change your mind.
Your personal information is stored on secure servers hosted by HostingIreland.ie. The security of your personal information while using our website is our top priority. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology on our payment pages. We use a 2048 bit industry standard SSL Certificate provided by one of the industry leaders Comodo.

Although we are committed to ensuring that your data is secure, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you send to us via the internet as no internet data transmission can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access we have taken all reasonable physical, electronic and managerial steps to protect your personal information.
8. Confirming, Updating and Removing Personal Information
Under the Data Protection Acts 1988 and 2000 we are obliged to update or remove your personal information if you inform us of any changes. You may have your personal data updated or you may find out what personal information we have stored by emailing us at email@example.com. Take note that any such requests may be subject to a small fee.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your product in any way, HandyHorse gives you 30 days in which you may return or exchange your item. Please note, however, that HandyHorse is unable to provide a refund for any items that appear to be soiled or damaged in any way. In addition, no refund or exchanges can be obtained on items that have been ordered with embroidery. Change of free items or bonus products is not allowed. If returned, you will not receive any monetary or material compensation for them.
EXCHANGE: You may only exchange an item to a different size. You are not allowed to exchange for another color or product. If HandyHorse is unable to provide the size you require, you will be contacted and offered another size or a refund of your money. For exchanges make it clear which size you require. You must cover the cost of return postage; however, HandyHorse will send you your replacement free of charge, one per order. If you ask for further exchanges, HandyHorse will charge normal postage. You should allow 2-3 weeks for HandyHorse to process your return and send out a replacement.
RETURNS: You may return any item as long as the products are in the same condition and packaging in which they were sent out. You must cover the cost of return postage. It is important to inform us whether you wish your refunded money to be transferred directly back to your bank account or whether you would like it to be placed as credit on your HandyHorse customer account. If you would like the refunded money to be transferred directly back to your bank account please provide us with your international bank account number IBAN and your bank ́s SWIFT code. You should allow 2-3 weeks for HandyHorse to process your return and refund you accordingly.
To return or exchange your item, pack it carefully to a separate box or padded post envelope and send it together with a completed returns form to the address listed below:

The right to obtain a refund is valid where products have been found to be damaged, faulty or incomplete upon delivery. We reserve the right to have minor differences in product colors and details. If you have any doubts regarding those details (also regarding embroidery orders), we advise you to contact our customer service before placing an order. Minor product detail differences and slight changes in colors do not justify a claim. Apply common sense. The quality of the product in relation to the price that was paid will determine whether a worn out product is eligible for refund.
To obtain a refund, send your product to HandyHorse together with a filled out returns form. It is important that you provide us with sufficient information about your reason for returning the product, how much you have paid for postage and if you would prefer compensation by a replacement or refund of your money. You will also be compensated for the return postage costs if the fault is on behalf of HandyHorse. You should allow 2-3 weeks for HandyHorse to process your return and compensate you accordingly.
Lost return or exchange parcels and unclaimed orders
Please note that if return or exchange parcel is lost when being sent back to HandyHorse, you will only be compensated if you have the postal tracking code for the shipment. If your embroidery order is returned unclaimed to HandyHorse, we will contact you by email, telephone and mail. You have rights to get your embroidery items sent out once more. If HandyHorse cannot reach you within 14 days, you will be invoiced for the item and return/administration costs. Item will be disposed.
All orders placed with the HandyHorse web-shop are packed and sent out from our central warehouse in Ireland within 2 business days after the order is made. HandyHorse holds the right for delays during high season and campaign periods. For orders that include embroidery service, processing the order will take 1 - 3 extra days. Please note that shipments cannot be delivered to post box addresses.
If you are under 18 you may only buy from Showtime Equestrian web-shop under supervision of a parent or guardian. You will receive confirmation by email when you place your order on our web-shop. When your order is sent out from our central warehouse, you will receive a second email that contains the tracking code for your parcel. You can easily follow the progress of your order by logging in to your customer account in the web-shop.
Free Shipping does not regard items that have a special shipping fee. This could be bigger items such as transport carriers for pets. The special shipping fee is always presented on the product page.
Your credit/debit card will be debited by the order amount upon placing your order on this website.
